Hello Jaguars! I am very excited to be a part of the Cabarrus Health Sciences Institute! I earned my bachelor’s degree as well as my Master’s degree from UNCC. I began my educational career as a middle school math teacher in CMS. I started in Cabarrus County as an Assistant Principal intern at Cox Mill High School in 2009. I was hired there the following year and spent the next 13 years as a Charger. I transferred to Northwest Cabarrus High School in the summer of 2024 and was an Assistant Principal there until I was named as the Principal at CHSI. I am excited to continue my career as your Principal and look forward to getting to know everyone and working to support our students, teachers, and staff.
