College Pathways
Cabarrus Health Sciences Institute (CHSI) is an education partnership between Atrium Health, Cabarrus College of Health Sciences and Cabarrus County Schools. This partnership provides high school students an opportunity to earn both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program. By earning enough credits, a high school senior can graduate with either a diploma or an associate degree. For those who choose to continue their education, it’s possible to earn a bachelor's degree with as little as two additional years of study after high school graduation. Students will be ready for workforce employment or may transfer to another four-year college or university to continue their studies.
