Born and raised in Winston Salem, North Carolina, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in School Counseling from North Carolina A&T State University. I am currently attending the University of the Cumberlands in their Counselor Education and Supervision PhD program and PhD Candidate working on my dissertation. In addition to serving as a professional school counselor, I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I am passionate about supporting students and families through both academic and personal growth, and my work is rooted in advocacy, empowerment, and building meaningful relationships that help individuals thrive. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling, trying new adventures, and creating lasting memories with my daughter, Skylar.
