#1 Reminder: How we communicate during inclement weather

With Atlantic hurricane season in full swing, please be reminded of our inclement weather notification procedures. If no information is relayed concerning a closing or delay, then school is operating on a normal schedule.

Here's where you can find the latest updates when weather forces schools to close or delay:

🌐CCS Website: Visit our district website for real-time announcements and information.
#️⃣Social Media: Follow us on FacebookInstagramNextDoor, and  (@cabcoschools) for quick updates and important alerts.
📧ParentSquare Emails: Check your inbox regularly for updates sent to your email and make sure emails from parentsquare.com are not being sent to your spam folder or blocked from delivery.
📱ParentSquare text and app notifications: Watch for updates via text and app notifications from CCS.
📱ParentSquare Phone Calls: Listen for our ParentSquare calls, delivering information to your phones. Phone calls will typically only be sent if the ParentSquare text fails to go through.
📺Local Media: Keep an eye on local news media outlets through television, websites, and social media for updates on school closings or timely information about weather conditions.

‼️IMPORTANT: Please review and update your contact details in Infinite Campus to ensure we have the correct email address and phone numbers. If you have any questions about this, please contact the data manager at your child’s school. Your contact information is synced directly from Infinite Campus into ParentSquare. It’s important to update your contact details with your child’s school anytime they change to ensure seamless communication.

Stay connected and stay informed.
